(Head Office: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yuji Sekino; hereinafter “GATES GROUP”) hereby announces that it will relocate its head office to “TOFROM YAESU TOWER” (Chuo-ku, Tokyo), directly connected to Tokyo Station, with the aim of further strengthening the Group management structure and accelerating business growth.
The new head office will bring together GATES Group companies in one location and further strengthen collaboration across organizational and business boundaries. By creating an environment where people, information, and expertise come together, enabling faster decision-making and the creation of new value, GATES GROUP aims to maximize Group synergies.
Operations at the new head office are scheduled to commence on September 24, 2026.
■Background to the Head Office Relocation
Building on its real estate business, the GATES Group has expanded its business domains into renewable energy, finance and investment, overseas businesses, and other areas.
As the Group’s business domains have expanded and its group companies have grown, it has become increasingly important for further growth to bring together the expertise and know-how of each company and department and to create new businesses and value with even greater speed than before.
Against this backdrop, GATES GROUP decided to relocate its head office to “TOFROM YAESU TOWER,” establishing a new management base where group companies will be consolidated in one location to enable closer communication and collaboration.

The new head office, “TOFROM YAESU TOWER,” is a large-scale mixed-use complex located in front of the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station and directly connected to Tokyo Station via the Yaesu Underground Shopping Mall (Yaechika). It houses offices, commercial facilities, a theater, conference facilities, medical facilities, and more.
By establishing a new base in the Yaesu area—directly connected to Tokyo Station, one of Japan’s leading transportation hubs, and a place where a diverse range of people and companies from Japan and abroad gather—GATES GROUP will further expand opportunities to connect with customers and business partners.

The building has 51 floors above ground and four basement levels and stands approximately 250 meters tall.
It provides a wide range of urban functions, including offices, commercial facilities, a theater and conference facilities, a bus terminal, and medical facilities, and was completed in February 2026.
The name “TOFROM” combines the English words “TO” and “FROM” and embodies the hope that people, goods, and experiences from across Japan and around the world will gather and connect here, and that diverse forms of value will be created and communicated from this place.
